Dr. Hrishikesh Pai is a senior Indian obstetrician and gynecologist, and a specialist in reproductive medicine and fertility care, with around four decades of clinical experience. He is widely recognised for his work in assisted reproduction, IVF, fertility preservation, and gynecological endoscopy, and for his leadership roles in national and international professional organisations in women’s health.
Dr. Pai is the Founder & Medical Director of Bloom IVF Group and running over 7 IVF Centres across India. He is the Consultant Gynaecologist and IVF Specialist at all Centres including:

Dr. Pai has the rare distinction of having been President of many organizations in India such as IVF Society of India (ISAR), Indian Association of Gynaecological Endoscopists (IAGE), Mumbai OBGYN Society (MOGS) and Maharashtra Chapter of ISAR.
Internationally, Dr. Pai served as Trustee of FIGO (International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics) for Asia-Oceania (2023-25) and has been a key contributor to global women’s health initiatives supported by the Gates Foundation, UNFPA, and UNICEF. He is also CEO of WAGO (World Association for Gynaecology & Obstetrics).
Dr. Pai has made landmark contributions to the field of assisted reproduction in India. He has authored over 100 scientific papers, edited 60 books, and delivered 50 orations and more than 700 lectures worldwide.
