Mr. Pawan Kulkarni
Pawan started his career in Clinical Embryology in 2012, after completion of his Graduation in Biotechnology. He is having more than 8 years of experience in the IVF industry revolving around core embryology skills like Gamete handling, Embryo culture, Micromanipulation, Vitrification and Laser assisted hatching with the ability to train and manage Lab Personnel to ensure smooth functioning of an IVF Laboratory.
He is very passionate about his work in Clinical Embryology and constantly working on employing newer techniques to improve the success rates of In-Vitro Fertilization and recurrent IVF failure cases.
His interests are in IVF laboratory Total Quality Management, Patient Safety, Cryopreservation, Male Factor Infertility, Fertility preservation and developing stress-free embryo culture systems for In-Vitro Fertilization. He shows leadership through willingness to adopt and promote positive change within IVF Laboratory.
Pawan says: “It’s so amazing to see the very moment the sperm is injected – and then when we find out it’s been successful and there’s a baby on the way, it’s such an incredible feeling for all of us.”
