The Birthing Suite is designed with luxurious ambience and fits into the concept of a “Boutique Birthing Centre”. The birthing suites are private with an all in one labour, delivery and recovery room equipped with a state of art delivery bed. The room has an attached neonatal resuscitation bay. Music of your choice and a television are available during labour. Labour is monitored continuously with a cardiotocograph machine which will identify any aberration in the baby’s heart beat and the strength of uterine contractions facilitating timely interventions and avoiding undue complications for the mother and baby. A 24 hour anaesthetic and paediatric cover are available. Different forms of pain relief in labour are available from medication with nitrous gas to 100% pain free labour with epidural analgesia.
