With a master’s degree in Clinical Embryology & Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis, Dimple is fully experienced in the specialised techniques that ensure sperm, eggs and embryos are cultured in the best possible way for optimum quality for treatment success.
As a part of the Embryology team Dimple is responsible for assessing embryo quality to decide if an embryo is suitable for transfer or freezing. She is also responsible for quality management within the laboratory, ensuring ongoing administration and checking of results to maintain our high standards of service and care.
She has special interest in embryo selection and Fertility preservation techniques, and new ways of assessing embryo quality. Passionate about providing individual patient care, she loves talking with patients to help explain how embryos are developing, keeping patients informed as they progress through treatment.
She ensures that very high standards are met regarding all staff training, equipment and instruments. All lab work takes place in a highly controlled environment to assure the safety and security of the oocytes and embryos. She also enforces a strict protocol for the patient identification process: two members of the lab staff verify that the patient IDs match throughout every step of the process.
When Dimple is not in the lab, she enjoys discovering new restaurants and cuisines & she loves to read fiction and biographies.
